This role focuses on the day-to-day operations of enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) and Access Management platforms. You'll manage application onboarding, handle incidents and requests, administer user access, troubleshoot authentication, and monitor platform activities. Work with leading technologies like Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID to ensure secure and reliable application access.

Key duties include supporting SSO and Access Management platforms (Okta, PingFederate), providing L2/L2.5 support for authentication and access-related issues, and managing user identities. You will assist in integrating new applications into the SSO environment, monitor system performance, and contribute to policy documentation. Engage in security reviews, support MFA implementation, and collaborate on access control policies. Resolve tickets and service requests, staying updated on new SSO features and providing feedback for service improvement, including automation opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and a keen interest in developing skills in IAM operations and cloud security. You should have good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Okta, Ping Federate, or similar technologies, along with knowledge of federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), is essential. The role also requires a willingness to participate in on-call support, work rotational shifts, and travel as needed.
