Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing Proofpoint SEG for robust phishing, BEC, spam, and malware protection. You will investigate email threats, support SOC incident response, and provide essential support for Microsoft Exchange Online/DAG mail flow and troubleshooting.

This role also involves executing eDiscovery and Legal Hold activities using Microsoft Purview, managing retention, compliance, and governance policies, and supporting email archiving and discovery with Veritas Enterprise Vault. Collaboration with Legal, Compliance, SOC, and Messaging teams is crucial for success.

We are seeking a professional with up to 3 years of experience. Essential skills include hands-on proficiency with Proofpoint Email Security, a strong grasp of email security threats, and knowledge of SPF/DKIM/DMARC protocols.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery and retention capabilities is required, along with exposure to Varonis for data governance. Familiarity with supporting Veritas Enterprise Vault and understanding Microsoft Exchange, DAG, and mail flow are also necessary.
