As a Security Analyst, your core responsibilities will include:

- Providing operational support for SIEM (Sentinel) and EDR (Defender) solutions. - Performing first-level monitoring and triaging of security alerts. - Conducting initial data gathering and investigation using SIEM, EDR, and NSM tools. - Delivering near real-time analysis, investigation, and reporting of security incidents for clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A B.Tech./B.E. degree with robust technical skills. - Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and NSM solutions. - Proficiency in SIEM technologies like Azure Sentinel and endpoint protection platforms such as Defender ATP. - Strong knowledge of cyber incident response and security monitoring principles. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and scripting languages like RegEx, Perl, and SQL. - The ability to work effectively in 24x7 shift patterns. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, coupled with strong technical acumen and critical thinking abilities. - Certifications in any SIEM platform are highly desirable.
