Join EY and contribute to building a better working world. As a Global Managed Service – Identity and Access Management Staff member, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding mainframe resources. The RACF Analyst position focuses on maintaining the security and integrity of critical systems and data through meticulous access control management using RACF.
Key responsibilities include executing access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks within the RACF system, ensuring strict adherence to security policies and standards. You will be responsible for generating insightful reports on access patterns and potential risks, identifying and rectifying unauthorized access, and developing, executing, and debugging Mainframe JOBs (JCL Programs).
Further duties involve maintaining comprehensive documentation of access processes, creating and managing batch JOB schedules in CA7, and designing, developing, and maintaining REXX scripts for system automation. A working knowledge of UNIX commands and experience with the SailPoint platform are also integral to this role.
Ideal candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience in identity and access management, with a strong focus on RACF or similar IAM tools. Extensive experience with RACF commands for groups, human accounts, and service accounts is essential. Proficiency in Mainframe systems, TSO ISPF, and JCL (JOB Control Language) is required, along with experience working with CICS/IMS transactions.
This role demands comfort working in shifts and a solid understanding of accessibility and security compliance. Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and multi-tasking skills are vital. A powerful desire to learn and understand the domain is highly valued. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
