This role focuses on supporting and enhancing IAM tools, specifically SailPoint. The primary objective is to meet defined SLAs and maintain high standards of quality in project documentation.

Key responsibilities include providing application support, preferably with SailPoint, and demonstrating exposure to its features and capabilities. The role involves troubleshooting SailPoint issues, supporting design, implementation, and maintenance activities for Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and provisioning processes. Collaborate with network and server teams to resolve SailPoint infrastructure-related issues. Support application and platform user onboarding, monitor IAM platform components, and provide IAM support to end-users. Assist with integration of Active Directory and other Identity Stores.

Candidates should possess experience in at least two IAM engagements, with a preference for SailPoint application support. A foundational understanding of IAM solutions is essential. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in technical documentation, and customer orientation.

While not mandatory, exposure to global security standards like PCI, SOX, and HIPAA is beneficial. Prior experience working with global, remote teams is advantageous. Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Perl is preferred. A willingness to travel, provide on-call support, work occasional overtime, and adhere to shift requirements is also necessary.
