This role focuses on the Global Managed Service for Privileged Identity and Access Management (PAM), specifically within the CyberArk ecosystem. As a CyberArk Operations Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the daily operations of the CyberArk PAM platform. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the CyberArk infrastructure, actively monitoring system performance, and providing essential first-level support to swiftly resolve issues concerning privileged account management. We are seeking individuals with a foundational grasp of cybersecurity principles and a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development within this dynamic field.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the administration and ongoing maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, which involves managing safes, platforms, and associated policies. You will continuously monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, proactively responding to alerts and notifications. Providing first-level support for any challenges related to privileged account access, such as password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding, is crucial. You will actively participate in integrating new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring strict adherence to security policies and industry best practices. Collaboration with the broader cybersecurity team is essential for implementing enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting standard operating procedures, system configurations, and generating incident reports. Assisting in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs will also be part of your role. Supporting internal and external audits through the provision of necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations is required. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices is expected. Finally, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment.

Essential qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. A basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices is necessary. Familiarity with both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems is beneficial. While not strictly required, knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is considered a strong advantage. You should possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting is important. A genuine willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges is paramount. Any prior experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions, though not mandatory, is advantageous. Desirable, but not required for entry-level candidates, are certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry. This position requires a willingness to travel as needed, serve as an on-call support engineer with occasional overtime, and work in shifts as required.
