This role involves assisting with the administration and upkeep of the CyberArk PAM solution, including managing safes, platforms, and policies. Key responsibilities include monitoring the CyberArk environment's health and performance, responding promptly to alerts, and providing first-level support for privileged account access issues.
You will also participate in onboarding new accounts, ensuring adherence to security protocols. Collaboration with the cybersecurity team for infrastructure enhancements, documentation of procedures, and support for audits are integral parts of this position. Continuous learning about CyberArk features and industry best practices is expected.
To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, along with basic cybersecurity principles, is essential.
While not mandatory, knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital for success. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting and a willingness to adapt to new technologies are also key. Flexibility for travel, on-call support, and shift work is necessary.
