This role focuses on supporting the Global Managed Service for Privileged Identity and Access Management, specifically with CyberArk. As a CyberArk Operations Support Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the CyberArk infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and providing essential first-level support to resolve issues related to privileged account management. We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles who are eager to learn and advance their careers in this dynamic field.
In this role, you will be instrumental in administering and maintaining the CyberArk PAM solution, managing critical components like safes, platforms, and policies. You'll actively monitor the CyberArk environment's health and performance, ensuring timely responses to alerts and notifications. Providing first-level support for privileged account access issues, including password checkouts and session management, will be a key part of your duties. You will also participate in onboarding new accounts into the CyberArk platform, adhering strictly to security policies and best practices. Collaboration with the cybersecurity team for infrastructure enhancements and updates, along with documenting standard operating procedures and incident reports, will be essential. Furthermore, you'll contribute to CyberArk user training and awareness programs, and support audits by providing necessary documentation. Continuous learning about the latest CyberArk features and industry best practices is also expected, alongside performing routine maintenance tasks like patching and backups.
We are looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, and familiarity with both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems. Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP is considered a valuable asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are crucial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges are highly valued. While any experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. Certifications such as CyberArk Defender or Sentry are desirable but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. This position requires a willingness to travel as needed, be available for on-call support, and work occasional overtime and shifts as required.
