This Senior Consultant role within Global IAM MS SSO is central to maintaining and enhancing enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) and Access Management platforms. You'll provide critical operational support, drive continuous improvements, and ensure robust security and compliance across global IAM operations.

Administer and support leading SSO and Access Management platforms, including Okta, PingFederate, Ping One, and Microsoft Entra ID. Provide advanced L2/L3 operational support for authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, and MFA issues. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage access lifecycle activities. Configure and troubleshoot SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation integrations. Coordinate application onboarding, manage certificates, and support access reviews and audits. Drive service improvements and identify automation opportunities.

We seek a professional with 3-6 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong emphasis on platforms like Okta or Ping Federate. A deep understanding of IAM principles, SSO, MFA, directory services, and cloud identity is essential. Proven ability in managing complex user provisioning/de-provisioning and familiarity with security standards like SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR are required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, coupled with strong communication abilities, are vital. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is expected.
