Provide operational support for SIEM solutions like Sentinel and EDR tools such as Defender. Conduct specialized second-level incident validation and in-depth investigations.

Coordinate and communicate effectively during security incidents to ensure efficient containment, eradication, and recovery. Perform SIEM support activities, including ad-hoc reporting and basic troubleshooting.

Advise clients on best practices and optimal use cases for security solutions to meet their end-state requirements. Deliver near real-time analysis, investigation, reporting, remediation, coordination, and tracking of security-related activities for customers.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (B.Tech./B.E.) is required, coupled with strong technical acumen and critical thinking abilities. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and NSM solutions is essential.

Proficiency in SIEM technologies such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, or CrowdStrike Falcon LogScale from a security analyst's perspective is expected. You should be adept at troubleshooting SIEM solutions and possess good knowledge of security monitoring and cyber incident response.

Experience with network monitoring technologies like Fidelis XPS or ExtraHop, and endpoint protection tools such as Microsoft Defender or CrowdStrike, is highly beneficial. Familiarity with RegEx, Perl scripting, and SQL query language is also required. Ability to work in 24x7 shifts and strong English communication skills are necessary.
