This role focuses on the Global Managed Service for Identity and Access Management, specifically within the Okta platform.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational integrity and security of the Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. Key responsibilities include providing L2 support for Okta issues, managing user identities and access rights, integrating new applications for seamless Single Sign-On (SSO), and monitoring system performance.

You will also contribute to the development of documentation and training materials, conduct regular security reviews, and support the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies. Collaboration with IT and security teams to refine access control is crucial, as is assisting with ticket resolution and staying updated on new Okta features.

Furthermore, you'll provide feedback for service improvements, including automation opportunities, and work with Okta support and vendors to resolve complex issues and maintain system stability. A willingness to travel, be on call, and work occasional overtime or shifts is also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are essential.

Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit are necessary for effective teamwork. Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, particularly with Microsoft Entra and related Microsoft identity solutions, is highly desirable.

Familiarity with federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID, alongside a solid understanding of IAM concepts, cloud security, and operational best practices, will be advantageous. A foundational knowledge of identity and access management principles and Microsoft Entra services is expected, along with a strong drive to learn and grow within IAM operations and cloud security.
