We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security, GRC, and Identity Access Management professional to drive comprehensive user access management across our complex SAP environments. This role is crucial for maintaining robust security and governance across SAP S/4HANA on RISE, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP IDM, and other integrated SAP applications.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure secure and compliant user access, design efficient roles, and manage the entire identity lifecycle. Your contributions will directly support our mission to build a better working world by fostering trust and driving sustainable growth for our clients.

This senior role involves end-to-end management of SAP user access, including creation, modification, and revocation. You will own the SAP role lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to build, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Key responsibilities include administering SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM), managing SAP IDM workflows for identity lifecycle, and conducting regular user access reviews and firefighter reviews.

Further duties encompass managing SAP GRC Process Control for continuous monitoring, designing and maintaining risk rulesets for segregation of duties, and performing SAP native security assessments. You will also support country rollouts, provide release support, and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all activities are documented and audit-ready.

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and SAP user administration. Proven experience in SAP role design, build, UAT support, and production deployment is essential. Familiarity with SAP GRC ARA, EAM, ARM, and risk ruleset management is required, along with experience in SAP Firefighter ID management and emergency access governance.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and operating SAP user access reviews and quarterly access certification processes, as well as managing SAP IDM provisioning and identity lifecycle. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security, Fiori security, and authorization objects is crucial. Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and issue resolution skills are paramount for success in this role.
