We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security, GRC, and Identity Access Management professional to manage comprehensive SAP user access, role design, identity lifecycle, and access governance across complex SAP landscapes. This role supports a wide array of SAP applications including S/4HANA on RISE, SAP GRC, SAP IDM, SAP BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities include managing SAP user access provisioning and deprovisioning, designing and maintaining SAP security roles, administering SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM) and Process Control, and overseeing SAP IDM workflows. You will also implement and manage user access reviews, maintain risk rulesets, assess native SAP security, and support country rollouts and audits. Ensuring adherence to least privilege and segregation of duties is paramount.

The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, and user administration, coupled with expertise in role design, build, and UAT support. A solid understanding of SAP GRC ARA, EAM, ARM, risk rulesets, and SAP Firefighter management is essential. Experience with SAP IDM provisioning, identity lifecycle management, and S/4HANA security, Fiori security, and authorization objects is required. Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and issue resolution skills are also crucial.
