This role focuses on SAP Security, GRC Access Control, and Identity Management within modern SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA on RISE, SAP GRC, SAP IDM, SAP BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.

Manage end-to-end SAP user access, role design, identity lifecycle, and access governance across complex SAP environments. Key duties involve supporting SAP S/4HANA on RISE, SAP GRC Access Control/Process Control, and SAP IDM.

Responsibilities include user management, role design and maintenance, GRC operations, risk analysis, firefighter governance, access review implementation, and SoD remediation. Strong process discipline, documentation quality, and audit-ready execution are essential for run, change, and project activities.

Key accountabilities cover SAP User Access Management, SAP Role Management, SAP GRC Access Control administration, SAP GRC Process Control support, SAP IDM operations, Access Reviews and Audits, Risk Ruleset Management, and SAP Native Security assessments.

We are seeking an experienced professional in SAP Security, GRC, and Identity Access Management. A strong foundation in SAP user access, role lifecycle management, GRC operations, IDM provisioning, and risk ruleset management is required.

Proficiency in administering SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM) and supporting SAP GRC Process Control is crucial. Experience with SAP Firefighter management, user access reviews, and quarterly access certification processes is also necessary.

Candidates should possess knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security, Fiori security, authorization objects, and business role concepts. Experience in supporting SAP audits, SOX, and ITGC reviews, coupled with strong documentation and issue resolution skills, is expected.
