This Senior Security Analyst role focuses on the daily operations and monitoring of Access Management applications and their infrastructure. You will collaborate with end-users, vendors, security leads, and support teams to ensure seamless infrastructure operations.

Key responsibilities include managing incident and service request intake, performing incident analysis and triaging, and conducting change impact analysis. You will troubleshoot and resolve common issues, respond to system outages, and maintain documentation for incident remediation and prevention. Interacting with technical personnel and other teams, initiating escalations, and producing service level reports are also essential.

Further duties involve monitoring directory infrastructure and backups for potential issues, coordinating or participating in projects, and writing technical articles for the internal knowledge base. Providing performance metrics, adhering to SLAs, ensuring high-quality documentation, and deploying changes with post-activity validation are expected. Familiarity with global security standards like PCI, SOX, and HIPAA is beneficial.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is required, along with 5-10 years of professional experience. Essential expertise includes a minimum of 5 years working with Ping Federate, covering installation, implementation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of SSO and MFA products such as Ping Federate, PingOne, Ping Access, PingID, RSA, and Azure MFA.

Proficiency in federation protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID is necessary. Experience with Access Management products, including cloud/on-premises solutions, is vital. You should possess the ability to manage technical aspects of Access Management solutions, including upgrades, IDP configurations, authentication policies, session management, and client registration.

Additional requirements include experience in certificate and key management, developing monitoring scripts, and utilizing monitoring tools like Splunk, HP SiteScope, or Uptime Robot. Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical document writing capabilities, awareness of global security standards, and a solid understanding of operating system internals (Windows/Linux/Unix) are important.

Knowledge of authentication, authorization, provisioning, and Identity and Access Management concepts, along with basic security principles and ITIL is expected. Prior experience in global, remote teams is also beneficial. While not mandatory, ITIL or CIAM/Azure/AWS certifications are considered a plus. This role requires a willingness to travel, be on-call, and work in shifts.
