As a Senior Okta Provisioning Consultant, you will lead user account administration, roles, and access rights within Okta. You'll design and implement efficient provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, acting as a subject matter expert for Okta's authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA solutions. Your responsibilities include overseeing application integrations, developing IAM policies, conducting access reviews, and providing advanced technical support.

You will drive identity governance, enhance role-based access control (RBAC), and recommend process improvements. Staying current with Okta updates and IAM trends is key to driving innovation. Developing comprehensive documentation and ensuring compliance with security policies are also core duties.

A strong background in identity and access management, ideally with 3-5 years focused on Okta or similar platforms, is essential. You should possess in-depth knowledge of IAM principles, SSO, MFA, directory services, and cloud identity management, with a proven ability to manage complex user provisioning scenarios.

Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are necessary, alongside strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior staff. Effective communication skills are vital for interacting with diverse stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Willingness to travel, be on-call, and work occasional overtime or shifts is also expected.
