Lead Okta platform administration, including user accounts, roles, and access rights. Design and implement efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows. Act as a subject matter expert for Okta authentication, SSO, and MFA solutions. Oversee application integrations with Okta for seamless SSO. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation. Conduct access reviews and audits to mitigate security risks. Provide advanced technical support and training on Okta functionalities. Drive identity governance initiatives and enhance RBAC models. Recommend and implement IAM process improvements. Stay updated on Okta features and IAM industry trends. Ensure compliance with security policies and IAM best practices. Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and security.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on Okta or similar platforms. Demonstrated expertise in IAM principles, SSO, MFA, directory services, and cloud identity management. Proven ability to manage complex user provisioning and de-provisioning scenarios. Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks like SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Strong leadership and mentoring skills are essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction. Possession of relevant Okta certifications is highly desirable. Willingness to travel, participate in on-call support, and work occasional overtime or shifts as needed.
