Provide intermediate-level network services, including support for large-scale installations and configuration of standard network infrastructure. Execute network configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor network performance, maintain accurate records, and review related requests for potential network impacts. Offer intermediate support for elevated telecom network issues, identifying failing components and trends.

Assist in maintaining and enhancing network system performance, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing documentation. Contribute to network system installations and testing. Ensure compliance with IT and Information Security policies.

Deliver network services to offshore clients, optimizing and maintaining network systems. Manage and prioritize network issue resolution according to business needs. Support disaster recovery plan implementation to mitigate network-related technical challenges.

A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in network operations or administration within an enterprise environment is required. A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Possess hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and automation scripts for performance tuning is essential.

Demonstrate knowledge of telecom networking components and intermediate support procedures. Understanding of disaster recovery strategies and documentation practices is necessary. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms is expected.

Ideal candidates will be strong team players with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Continuous learning about new technologies and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes. Network certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Palo Alto PCNSA, or AWS Cloud Practitioner are advantageous.
