Design, implement, and maintain robust email security solutions, including Proofpoint and M365, to protect email flow. Manage and respond effectively to security alerts generated by these solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT Operations, Network Operations, Infrastructure, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure seamless integration and operation of security measures.

Monitor and analyze security incidents, responding promptly to breaches and user-reported issues. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, policies, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to IT teams to elevate the overall security posture. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues efficiently and continuously optimize security processes.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, along with 4 to 7 years of professional experience in information security, focusing on email security and EDR/XDR solutions. Proficiency in enterprise-level email security (e.g., phishing campaigns) and EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender, CarbonBlack) is essential.

Deep knowledge of ITIL processes, M365, email security technologies, and EDR solutions is necessary. Experience with Proofpoint incident handling and risk mitigation is crucial. The role involves handling L2/L3 security escalations and implementing/configuring security solutions, alerts, and access controls.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are vital. The ability to work accurately under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently, and adhere to workplace policies is expected. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards is also important. Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts and undertake travel as required is part of the role.
