Key responsibilities include providing Level 2/3 operational support for BeyondTrust PAM, managing privileged accounts through provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews. You will proactively monitor system health, perform regular maintenance, and coordinate with client teams to align with security policies and audit requirements.

Maintain and update operational documentation like SOPs and runbooks, conduct routine health checks, and support security configurations such as MFA and session recording. Handle incident and change requests within SLAs, escalate issues as needed, and stay informed about BeyondTrust product updates. Identify opportunities for operational automation to boost efficiency.

We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in BeyondTrust Password Safe, Session Management, and general PAM operational functions. A solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle management, and integration touchpoints is essential.

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira, basic scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python), and log analysis for troubleshooting are required. Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS) within an operational context is highly valued. Experience in 24x7 support models and strong communication skills are beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity is required.
