This role, the Associate Consultant- SAM, is integral to our Software Asset Management (SAM) practice. You will work within a team to manage customer software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimizing their licensing landscape. Your expertise will help clients understand and control their software entitlements, mitigate legal risks, and unlock new opportunities for cost savings and profitable, long-term relationships.

Engage in ongoing support for customer software entitlements across various publishers. Perform detailed reconciliation analyses and create customized reports, including cost-saving comparisons.

Analyze customer entitlements and contracts, providing expert SAM analysis and recommendations. You will be responsible for creating compliance reports and serving as the primary point of contact for subsidiaries. Lead project execution by managing tasks for yourself and supporting team members, ensuring timely delivery of reports and documentation.

Actively manage and allocate tasks to ensure balanced workload distribution. Execute individual project tasks under manager guidance and provide task-specific training to team members. Support managers in team utilization and ensure the quality of engagement deliverables, adhering strictly to quality standards and defined SLAs.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the licensing industry, with a proven track record in SAM Management or software licensing across multiple publishers, is essential. A solid understanding of various publisher licensing models and copyright knowledge for software licensing is required.
