Join EY as a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator, where you'll contribute to building a better working world. Key responsibilities include providing Level 2 and Level 3 application support for SailPoint IIQ or IDN, managing incident, change, and problem management processes, and integrating IGA tools with critical applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and support user onboarding and application onboarding processes. Monitoring IAM platform components and providing end-user support are also core duties.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with 3 to 4 years of experience in supporting, customizing, and deploying Identity Management and Governance products. Proficiency in Java/J2EE and SQL is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and experience with IGA integrations and connectors are also necessary.
