Drive successful Identity and Access Management (IAM) support engagements, ensuring robust compliance frameworks. Manage project KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for operational improvements to resolve client pain points. Thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tickets and managing team capacity. Experience in project transitions, post-production support, and proposal development is highly valued. You will also oversee team HR functions, including hiring, training, and performance management.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a strong understanding of IAM solutions, data integration, and access governance. Proven leadership skills, excellent communication, analytical abilities, and sound judgment are essential. Prior experience with IAM solution design, development, and implementation, preferably with SailPoint, is necessary. Technical know-how in IT Security, including network, OS, databases, and web technologies, is expected. Experience managing senior client relationships and presenting to stakeholders is also key.
