This role focuses on Managed Services within Identity and Access Management, offering an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and impact.

Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) support engagements, ensuring strong delivery and adherence to compliance frameworks. Track and report on project KPIs and SLAs, identifying opportunities for service improvement and customer pain point resolution.

Drive projects to enhance operational efficiency and support processes, demonstrating strong technical support experience. Effectively prioritize tickets and manage team capacity in a fast-paced environment. Experience in log monitoring, alert management, and staff training is crucial.

Lead project governance, preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly status reports to stakeholders. Possess prior experience in IAM solution design, development, and implementation, ideally with SailPoint. Conduct effort estimations for IAM support engagements.

Act as a trusted advisor, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Review internal security controls and manage senior-level client relationships, presenting ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Pre-sales, proposal, and RFP experience are beneficial.

Maintain a strong technical understanding of IT Security, including network, OS, databases, web technologies, and application development. Coordinate and implement various requests, demonstrating strategic and tactical thinking in information-sensitive environments.

Exhibit high empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness, with the potential to lead small teams. Manage all HR functions for the team, including hiring, training, planning, coaching, talent development, performance management, and annual reviews.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, alongside a solid understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, data architecture, and Master Data Management. Familiarity with project lifecycle phases, best practices, and processes is essential.

Possess a good understanding of Access Governance and its various aspects. Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and effective management skills are critical for success in this role.

Demonstrate a proven track record in delivering IAM support engagements, managing project KPIs and SLAs, and identifying operational improvements. Experience with SailPoint Identity product is preferred. Prior experience in solution design, development, and implementation within IAM is highly valued.
