We seek a forward-thinking and driven Global Trade Compliance Analyst to join our expanding worldwide Global Systems Solution Compliance team in Pune, India. This role demands a deep understanding of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the capability to automate global trade regulations within the SAP/Global Trade Services (GTS) system.

This role involves supporting the daily operations of SAP GTS E4H, including the review, release, and escalation of Sanction Party List issues, as well as export/import license and embargo blocks. You will maintain critical product and customer master data, such as Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications, along with D5 Headquarter customer restrictions. Responsibilities extend to managing multi-regional legal regulations in GTS E4H, auditing the system for integrity, and providing monthly/quarterly APAC support. Furthermore, you'll support U.S. Automated Export System integration in GTS E4H for US Exports and develop enhanced reports for analytics.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A strong command of SAP GTS E4H, SAP ECC, and SAP S4H is essential, alongside a solid grasp of global trade compliance aspects like SPL, Embargo, and Legal Control. Proficiency in customs management and product classification (HS-Code/ECCN) is required. An advanced understanding of BIS EAR and other regional export control regulations is necessary, coupled with a strong comprehension of commercial document structures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is mandatory. Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, and JIRA is advantageous.
