As a Global Product Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and launching impactful capabilities and improvements for customer servicing. You'll liaunt directly with Product Management (PM), Engineering, and User Experience (UX) teams, acting as the voice of Ads Service organizations and translating their needs into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand customer and business team needs related to gTech anchor tools. You will define the strategic direction for Sales and Services platforms, identifying innovative solutions and influencing technical roadmaps. Managing the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of core tool components is also crucial, alongside ensuring transparency in systems development and communicating capabilities to the business.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in product or program management, holding a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Preferred qualifications include a proven ability to gather, interpret, and present data to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.

Experience in creating and delivering executive-level presentations, alongside successfully scoping, managing, and delivering complex projects, is highly valued. A strong understanding of global customer service operations, support platforms, the online advertising industry, and Google Ads is beneficial. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Applied AI applications, excellent influencing skills, and the ability to foster and maintain key relationships are essential. Adaptability in a fast-changing environment, a passion for improving customer experience, and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are key to success in this role.
