EY seeks a dynamic Global Procurement Assistant Director to lead Analytics and Reporting. This role is pivotal in enhancing EY's global supply chain services by delivering robust data-driven insights. Define and implement the Global Procurement Reporting & Analytics strategy, aligning with overarching business objectives. Deliver high-quality, timely reporting and analytics solutions, focusing on key supply chain metrics. Act as the primary point of contact for senior procurement stakeholders on data-related inquiries. Collaborate to understand needs, explore future reporting possibilities, and integrate AI, emerging technologies, and automation.

Partner with technical teams to enhance the data foundation and analytics ecosystem. Develop impactful dashboards and visualizations to support strategic decision-making. Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for senior leaders. Drive continuous improvement through standardization, simplification, and robust governance. Identify and resolve data quality issues and stay updated on industry trends and AI advancements.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations is required, with a strong background in reporting and analytics within Global Procurement or Supply Chain Services. Proficiency with SAP Ariba and DocuSign is essential.

Demonstrated experience in developing reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric is critical. Candidates must possess intermediate to advanced data science capabilities, including experience with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analytics, and AI agents. Strong expertise in data quality, governance, business intelligence, and data management leadership is expected.

Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills are necessary to translate complex data into actionable insights. The ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior stakeholders, and lead high-performing global teams is vital. Experience in identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities, coupled with strong organizational skills and business acumen, is also essential. A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning are highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, with relevant professional certifications being advantageous.
