This Senior Director role is pivotal in shaping our global identity strategy, encompassing both human and the emerging agentic AI identity domains. You will drive the modernization of our enterprise identity infrastructure, pioneering next-generation frameworks to secure autonomous agents and non-human workloads. This is an opportunity to define how BCG manages identity in the AI era, ensuring robust security and seamless operations across our global consulting and technology platforms.

Oversee the global identity security practice, directing strategy, engineering, and operational excellence for human and agentic identities. Lead four core teams: Directory Services, Privileged User Management, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Secure Data. Develop and implement a unified Identity Security strategy, modernize enterprise identity infrastructure towards a zero-trust fabric, and establish BCG's Agentic Identity framework. Ensure global identity observability and telemetry, driving compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST. Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and foster a culture of continuous learning and automation within a high-performing, globally distributed team.

Requires a minimum of 12 years in identity security or related cybersecurity engineering, with over 5 years in a senior leadership role managing enterprise-scale global identity platforms. Deep expertise in identity architecture, including directory services, PAM, IGA, and secrets management is essential. Demonstrated experience in identity modernization programs, such as AD transformation and cloud migration, is crucial. A strong understanding of non-human identity management and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR) is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital to engage effectively with engineering teams and executive leadership.
