In this role, you will manage global mobility inquiries and tasks, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and service level agreements. You will process and document assignments accurately, escalate issues when necessary, and stay updated with process changes. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer needs, prioritizing assignments, contributing to reporting, and identifying areas for process improvement. You will also participate in performance management and development activities, adhere to organizational policies, and be ready to work in variable shifts.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree, ideally with an HR specialization. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in HR or a related field is required. Essential skills include strong communication, interpersonal, and customer orientation abilities, coupled with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is crucial, as is a flexible and dependable attitude. A positive mindset, curiosity for new skills, and the ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural team are highly valued.
