This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Global International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) reporting and analytics team as a Supervising Associate. You will collaborate closely with onshore leadership to align reporting with strategic business goals and support global business development initiatives.

This position provides the essential operational and analytical framework for leadership reporting, performance insights, and strategic projects. It requires a blend of stakeholder management, custom analytics, process governance, and automation to deliver reliable and actionable information in response to evolving business needs.

Partner with Global ITTS and Tax Policy & Controversy (TPC) leadership to ensure reporting aligns with strategic priorities and supports business growth.

Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including partners, by actively integrating with onshore teams and providing consistent support.

Lead and coordinate reporting workstreams, clearly defining objectives, timelines, dependencies, and quality standards.

Contribute to strategic initiatives by translating data into actionable insights and practical recommendations.

Deliver customized analyses, dashboards, and presentations to meet varied reporting demands while maintaining high service quality.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery through robust validation, consistent processes, and continuous improvement.

Provide clear status updates, proactively identify risks, and coordinate issue resolution.

Drive innovation by identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics processes. Utilize approved tools to streamline activities, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field is required.

Possess relevant professional experience in reporting, analytics, operations, or a comparable role within a large global organization; experience in professional services is preferred.

Demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, complete, and clear outputs within deadlines.

Exhibit proven communication, presentation, and influencing skills across organizational levels and cultures.

Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail to convert data into meaningful business insights.

Have experience in improving reporting processes through standardization, automation, or enhanced controls.

Ideal candidates will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills including data modeling, Power Query, and VBA. Hands-on experience with Power BI, ThoughtSpot, or similar visualization platforms is beneficial, as is exposure to Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled productivity tools. Knowledge of international tax terminology and experience in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments are also advantageous.
