Join Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an EventBridge Engineering & App Integration Engineer to revolutionize our customer relationship management capabilities. You will be instrumental in connecting diverse enterprise systems and implementing our event-driven platform.

Design, build, and rigorously test integrations connecting enterprise systems such as CRM, contract management, finance, and HR. You will own the API configuration and integration design for each system, aligning with the broader event architecture.

Manage multiple integration workstreams concurrently to meet critical program delivery milestones. Ensure comprehensive end-to-end testing of each integration point, prioritizing automated testing where feasible.

Collaborate closely with the EventBridge Engineer to maintain consistent integration patterns within the target event-driven architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments, escalating architectural risks as needed. Produce clear documentation for integration designs and configurations to ensure ongoing maintainability and smooth handover.

We seek candidates with demonstrable experience in integration engineering for large-scale enterprise platforms. Proficiency in integration design and API configuration for systems like CRM, contracting, ERP, or HR is essential.

Hands-on experience with backend development using Node.js and a strong working knowledge of event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS EventBridge, message brokers) are critical. Familiarity with SDLC principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices is expected.

Ideal candidates will also have experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, or Azure functions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital for partnering effectively with engineering, product, and system-owner teams. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
