As a key technical contributor, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of software solutions, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through development, rigorous testing, seamless deployment, and ongoing operational support.
You will oversee the stability and performance of applications, proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and champion continuous improvement efforts. Your role involves translating complex requirements into effective technology solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders across the organization.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
Strong proficiency in modern full-stack technologies such as C#, .NET, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React, complemented by solid SQL, HTML5, and CSS fundamentals, is essential. Familiarity with Python for AI/ML development is a significant advantage.
Candidates should possess a deep understanding of modern application architectures including microservices, API-first design, and single-page applications, along with core design patterns. Experience building or integrating AI-powered features using LLM APIs and designing agent-based systems with frameworks like LangChain is highly desirable.
Comfort working in an AI-augmented development environment, critically evaluating AI output, and experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS are expected. Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services and cloud-based financial or operations platforms, including integrations and data visualization, will strengthen your application. Excellent English communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences are crucial.
