As an IT Software Engineer Manager, you will be a hands-on developer on INFOex, BCG's bespoke full-stack case team data management platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing features from inception to production, ensuring platform dependability for daily users.

This role encompasses full-stack development, from extending .NET services and APIs to working with React frontends, Azure SQL and Dataverse data modeling, and building Power Apps and Power Automate flows. You will integrate with Microsoft Graph API for provisioning and lifecycle management, and work with Microsoft Purview for compliance. Your duties will also involve maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing secrets, handling vulnerability findings, and addressing support escalations, all while maintaining a security-first approach.

We are looking for an IT Software Engineer Manager with at least 8 years of full-stack software engineering experience, including work on an enterprise product with a live user base. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), including CI/CD and Azure DevOps, is essential.

Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontends like React is required. Solid Azure engineering skills across App Services, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft Graph API (SharePoint Online, Teams provisioning), are crucial. Exposure to information protection tooling like Microsoft Purview is a strong advantage. Experience in agile processes, particularly Scrum, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field are preferred. Must possess Microsoft PL-900 certification, with AZ-900 and SC-900 being preferred.
