This role focuses on enterprise SaaS applications, specifically our Vendor Management System (VMS) products, ensuring their quality, reliability, and scalability through expert manual and automated testing strategies. Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers in both manual and automated testing, providing technical guidance and oversight. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for VMS products, ensuring alignment with quality engineering standards. Actively contribute to test automation framework development, implementation, and code reviews, driving initiatives to enhance test coverage and efficiency. Oversee the thorough testing of VMS workflows, APIs, integrations, and backend services, partnering with product owners and business analysts to define effective test scenarios. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, facilitate continuous testing, and lead defect triage and root cause analysis. Track and report key quality metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, providing crucial quality assessments to support release decisions.

A minimum of 8 years in Software Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering is required, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing. Proven experience in technically guiding QA teams and mentoring engineers is essential. Demonstrable hands-on expertise in developing and maintaining automated test suites and frameworks is crucial. Experience with SaaS-based enterprise products, particularly multi-tenant and cloud-native applications, is necessary. Familiarity with testing workflow-driven platforms like Vendor Management, Procurement, or CLM is expected. Proficiency in functional, integration, regression, API, UI, end-to-end, and data validation testing, alongside experience with APIs, databases, backend services, and enterprise system integrations is required. Integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and experience in Agile/Scrum environments with globally distributed teams are key.
