Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Specialist Configuration Engineer to join our LEAP team. This role is instrumental in building first-class foundational capabilities and products, specifically focusing on BCG's new Learning platform. Initially, you will contribute to the Data Product squad, developing a custom data product in Snowflake as part of a major transformation of BCG's learning technology. This initiative aims to enable AI-driven learning and improve data accessibility for various teams. Upon program completion, you will transition to a Learning squad focused on Run-the-Business (RtB) operations.

Key responsibilities include developing well-structured Agile user stories and acceptance criteria, analyzing processes and data needs for solution design, and coordinating various testing phases (functional, integration, performance, UAT). You will also support release readiness, elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders, and maintain essential documentation like PRDs and functional specifications. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, managing support requests, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies are crucial for this role, always prioritizing learner impact and business value.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise applications. A strong background in Learning or HR applications, with specific experience in Learning Management Systems (Docebo experience is a plus), is highly valued. Candidates should have experience with data products, third-party platforms, and SaaS technologies, along with technical fluency in Snowflake, database querying, and API querying. Significant Agile experience, including Jira usage, user story writing, and test execution, is essential. Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing work quality and efficiency is also beneficial.
