Key responsibilities include crafting detailed Agile user stories and acceptance criteria to guide effective solution delivery, along with owning your designated backlog items. You will analyze business processes and data requirements, contributing to solution design and identifying practical solutions for business challenges.

You will support release readiness and implementation, actively identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams. Eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements through engagement with diverse stakeholder groups and subject matter experts is crucial.
Further duties involve writing clear, understandable user stories and acceptance criteria for both technical and functional colleagues. You will create, update, and maintain essential requirements documentation such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, anticipating questions, and translating technical details into accessible language are vital.
You will manage and triage support requests using a query management system like ServiceNow. Proactive identification and flagging of risks and dependencies are expected, always prioritizing learner impact and business value.
A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, complemented by 5–8 years of experience as a business or systems analyst, preferably supporting enterprise applications. A Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience with Learning or HR applications are essential.
Demonstrated experience with learning management or experience platforms is required; Docebo experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with data products, third-party platforms, and SaaS technology solutions is necessary. You should possess working technical fluency with Snowflake, database querying, and API querying for data understanding and validation.
Strong Agile experience, including proficiency in writing user stories and working with tools like Jira, managing sprints, and participating in ceremonies, is essential. Experience in developing and executing functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing is also required. Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency is beneficial.
