Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead enterprise GenAI platform delivery. This role involves technical and operational leadership, focusing on integration architecture, release governance, vendor management, and security oversight. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and product analysts, and partner with global stakeholders to transform BCG's AI strategy into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions. As the technical and operational lead for enterprise GenAI platform delivery, you will own the integration architecture, release governance, and vendor management.

You will define and govern the platform's integration framework, including MCP architecture and interoperability standards, ensuring secure and consistent enterprise adoption.

Partner with Product, Security, Legal, and business leaders to translate BCG's AI strategy into scalable platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

Lead architecture and security reviews, manage third-party vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with BCG's enterprise standards.

Stay informed on GenAI developments, new model releases, and integration patterns, advocating for prioritization on BCG's AI roadmap.

Create clear specification documents for platform modifications and new capabilities, maintaining robust audit trails.

Support and manage L2/L3 GenAI engineering teams, providing technical guidance, overseeing incident resolution, and driving continuous improvement in platform operations.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, coupled with over 7 years of experience in enterprise platform engineering, technical program management, or integration architecture is required.

Demonstrated strength in enterprise integration patterns, APIs, platform architecture, and familiarity with AI/GenAI platforms and MCP is essential.

Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder release programs within large, global enterprise environments is crucial.

Experience leading security and architecture reviews, alongside managing vendor relationships in an enterprise technology context, is expected.

Prior experience in consulting, platform, or SaaS environments, especially with enterprise-scale AI or productivity tool implementations, is highly preferred.

Proficiency in stakeholder management, adeptly navigating both technical and business audiences globally, is key.

Familiarity with GenAI trends, agentic frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption patterns is advantageous.

Experience working within agile teams and applying methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, including sprint planning and backlog management, is preferred.
