You will leverage your expertise in Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation, to design, build, and maintain critical compensation frameworks. As a hands-on configuration expert for Workday, you will focus on Advanced Compensation modules, including salary, bonus, eligibility rules, and cycle frameworks. You will also support Core HCM and Security configurations to ensure scalable system design aligned with business strategy. Key responsibilities include translating compensation strategies into Workday solutions, ensuring accurate execution of compensation cycles, maintaining data integrity, and driving continuous platform improvement through collaboration with Global Comp Stakeholders and the Product Team.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Information Systems, complemented by 7+ years of extensive, hands-on configuration experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Core Compensation. A strong understanding of compensation principles such as merit pools, proration rules, complex scorecards, grade setups, and eligibility rules is essential, along with familiarity with integration points to Core HCM, Talent modules, and third-party payroll systems. While not mandatory, a Workday Pro - Advanced Compensation certification, prior consulting experience as a Workday Comp Lead, and experience with large, global companies are highly preferred.
