Join Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Engineering Manager for our CT GenAI Portfolio and lead the technical and operational delivery of enterprise GenAI platforms. This role involves owning integration architecture, release governance, vendor relations, and security protocols. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers and product analysts, working with global stakeholders to translate BCG's AI vision into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Manage the end-to-end release governance for the enterprise GenAI platform, including risk assessments and deployment coordination across various teams.
Define and oversee the integration framework, ensuring scalable, secure, and consistent enterprise adoption of the GenAI platform.
Partner with Product, Security, Legal, and business leaders to align platform solutions with enterprise standards and BCG's AI strategy.
Lead architecture and security reviews, manage third-party vendors, and ensure compliance with BCG's enterprise standards.
Stay informed on GenAI developments and evangelize capabilities for BCG's AI roadmap.
Create detailed specification documents for platform modifications and maintain robust governance processes.
Support and manage L2/L3 GenAI engineering teams, ensuring SLA adherence and driving continuous improvement in platform operations.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required, coupled with over 7 years of experience in enterprise platform engineering, technical program management, or integration architecture.
Possess a strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and platform architecture, with familiarity in AI/GenAI platforms and MCP.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder release programs within large, global enterprise settings.
Experience leading security and architecture reviews, along with managing vendor relationships in an enterprise technology context, is essential.
Prior experience in consulting, platform, or SaaS environments, particularly with enterprise-scale AI or productivity tool implementations, is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with agile teams and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), including sprint planning and backlog management, is preferred.
