This role within Finance Business Analysis offers a significant opportunity to serve as a vital finance partner to senior Finance Leaders. You will integrate FP&A discipline with commercial interpretation and performance insights to empower leaders in understanding performance drivers, identifying emerging risks and opportunities, and making strategic decisions to enhance business outcomes.

As a key finance partner, you will be the primary contact for assigned leadership teams, offering insights that link financial results to commercial, operational, and strategic performance. You will consistently deliver high-quality performance reports and insights, ensuring they are accurate, concise, and actionable for leadership decisions.

Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles by translating business strategies and market conditions into robust financial plans. Analyze key metrics such as revenue, margin, costs, and pipeline trends to identify critical risks, opportunities, and necessary corrective actions. Provide scenario modeling and analysis to aid leadership decision-making, clearly outlining assumptions and trade-offs.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business analysis, commercial finance, management reporting, or finance business partnering within a large organization, engaging with senior stakeholders, is required. Proven ability to deliver impactful reporting, analysis, and commentary that guides business decisions, alongside strong influencing skills through insight and commercial understanding, is crucial. Excellent spoken and written English is necessary for communicating complex financial matters effectively.
