As a Senior Data Engineer, you will architect, develop, and manage robust data pipelines and integrations to support BCG's Marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing solutions across cloud environments, external APIs, and various data sources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

You will lead complex data engineering tasks, proactively identify and resolve production issues, and enhance data models and code efficiency. Maintaining high standards for data quality, security, testing, and documentation will be key. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring pipeline performance and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer with 4-6 years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical background is required.

Essential skills include strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipeline development and API integrations. Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery is crucial. Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, or Terraform is expected.
