The Global Compliance Engagement Testing (GCET) program, part of Global Risk Management, plays a vital role in assessing engagement compliance with legal, regulatory, and EY policies. We provide valuable feedback and analytical reports to stakeholders worldwide, reinforcing our commitment to robust risk management.

Lead and execute global compliance monitoring processes for engagements, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and EY policy requirements. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential non-compliance or regulatory breaches, providing timely feedback and ratings. Facilitate and drive processes to completion, performing periodic reviews of deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Develop subject matter expertise in RMS processes and policies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. Own operational activities to ensure seamless process functioning and mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional development.

Engage in business development conversations with Global, Area, and Regional Risk Management and Service Line Quality leadership. Proactively manage leadership expectations through a robust client management framework, addressing and resolving service delivery issues and escalations independently.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance due diligence procedures within a global firm. Demonstrated leadership capabilities are essential, including managing and leading teams of at least 30 members. You must possess a proven ability to execute against project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and interact effectively with leadership. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with business analytics tools like Power BI and applications such as MS Forms and SharePoint lists are highly preferred.
