Join Boston Consulting Group's Change Management and Communications Center of Expertise (CoE) as a Senior Specialist, focusing on digital workforce experience products. This role is instrumental in shaping how BCG employees work, make decisions, and adopt new digital tools.

You will collaborate with a team of specialized experts, contributing to the evolution of our internal digital landscape. The position involves partnering with other change managers and specialists to refine best practices and share valuable lessons learned.

This is an internal-facing role, dedicated to marketing, communications, and change management efforts within BCG, rather than client-facing activities.

Drive and embed key behaviors for digital product adoption through effective change strategies.

Conduct thorough stakeholder and change impact assessments, developing actionable mitigation plans for adoption risks.

Create and deliver strategic, user-focused communication and training plans.

Monitor change management and behavioral KPIs to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.

Engage proactively with agile squads to understand product roadmaps and anticipate upcoming change needs.

Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams and facilitate change activities with cross-functional teams, designers, and vendors.

A minimum of 4-6 years of dedicated experience in change management is essential, with consulting or project management backgrounds being a significant advantage.

Proficiency in developing and executing change strategies for digital products, with a focus on driving user adoption through behavioral change.

Experience in conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and developing practical mitigation activities.

Skilled in crafting and delivering user-framed communication plans and training content.

Familiarity with tracking change management metrics and engaging with agile teams to align on roadmaps.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. A university degree with a strong academic record is preferred. Exposure to behavioral science is a plus.
