EY seeks a Global Behavioral Analytics & AI Specialist to join the Information Security team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Human Risk Management function by applying AI, data science, and behavioral science to understand and manage human risk across the organization. You will be instrumental in shaping the security culture program, translating complex behavioral signals into actionable insights.

Lead the development and optimization of a human risk measurement framework, defining key metrics for security behaviors and culture. Utilize AI to analyze behavioral data, identify risk patterns, and predict potential risky behaviors.

Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate program data into coherent reports, serving as an AI-forward thought partner to the Human Risk Management team. Translate behavioral insights into targeted interventions and campaigns, developing executive-ready reports on risk trends and program effectiveness.

Design and analyze experiments to evaluate behavior change initiatives, ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and AI in line with EY's policies. Stay abreast of advancements in behavioral science, data science, and AI to drive program innovation.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in data analytics, data science, or behavioral analytics, with demonstrated experience applying AI/machine learning to practical problems.

Proficiency in using data, metrics, and assessment methods to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making is essential. Experience leveraging AI productivity tools like MS Copilot is also required.

Ideal candidates will have experience in cybersecurity or risk management environments, strong analytical and data science skills, and a deep understanding of behavioral science principles. Excellent communication, data visualization, and storytelling abilities are crucial for translating complex analysis into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
