This position focuses on leading the preparation of comprehensive financial and management reports, accompanied by detailed performance analysis. Furthermore, the role includes competitor analysis to benchmark the company's performance against industry leaders, offering insights into market positioning and strategic growth avenues.

Lead the creation of detailed financial and management reports, providing insightful analysis of financial performance. Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify deviations from forecasts and explain financial discrepancies to stakeholders. Manage and transform large, complex financial datasets into clear, actionable formats for decision-making. Analyze datasets to uncover trends, identify business drivers, and generate actionable insights for business leaders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring reporting needs are met effectively. Establish realistic timelines for report delivery, maintaining high quality and meeting all deadlines.

Create workflow processes for timely delivery of insights, adapt to shifting priorities, and coordinate with multiple parties for efficient task completion. Demonstrate agility in problem-solving, quickly assessing and addressing challenges. Develop leadership dashboards, executive presentations, and business review decks that clearly communicate financial performance, key metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities. Present complex data concisely to support strategic decisions by senior management.

A deep understanding of financial reporting standards, performance metrics, and financial modeling is crucial for interpreting results and offering strategic recommendations. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Lookups, and filters, is essential for managing, manipulating, and analyzing complex data. You will design, develop, and manage dynamic Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring robust backend ETL processes and automating data pipelines.

Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to retrieve data from various sources, using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database management and query optimization, is required. Strong presentation skills are necessary to convey complex financial data clearly to diverse audiences, including the ability to create compelling PowerPoint decks. The capacity to maintain high accuracy while managing multiple reporting tasks under tight deadlines is vital, as is a strong sense of ownership and initiative, coupled with a proactive, innovative mindset for process improvement and automation.
