Conduct in-depth financial analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual results, and perform variance analysis. Engineer inventory models and establish key performance indicators to enhance strategic decision-making.

Spearhead digital transformation within the team, driving BI-driven reporting enhancements using Power BI and SQL. Develop and maintain a robust reporting infrastructure, ensuring efficient report generation. Improve processes through automation and digital integration, utilizing lean methodologies and advanced analytics for continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information science, finance, data analytics, or a related field is required. You should possess 8-12 years of experience in financial reporting and analytics, with a minimum of 8 years specifically in Power BI and SQL Server. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and forecasting is necessary. The role demands a detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills are vital. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is expected.
