Lead the engineering, architecture, and delivery of enterprise GenAI and AI products. Define technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for enterprise GenAI solutions. Design and guide the implementation of LLM-powered applications, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows. Establish production-grade LLMOps/MLOps practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Define and implement evaluation frameworks for GenAI applications, focusing on accuracy, safety, and performance. Lead and mentor a team of GenAI/ML engineers and data scientists, ensuring end-to-end solution delivery. Remain hands-on in full-stack development, solution design, code reviews, and technical architecture, guiding the development of production-grade applications. Promote modern software engineering practices across full-stack, AI, and ML development.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, ML/AI engineering, or data science is required, with substantial experience in designing and delivering production-grade GenAI/AI products and leading engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and grow into broader leadership responsibilities is essential. Possess strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, outcomes-oriented approach. Proven experience leading teams of data scientists, ML engineers, or GenAI engineers in delivering enterprise AI or digital products. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for engaging product owners, functional leaders, and senior stakeholders.
