Lead the implementation and optimization of GenAI applications and IT tools to boost productivity and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leaders, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs. Administer and configure AI-powered SaaS tools, ensuring secure deployment and seamless integration. Identify enhancement opportunities for enterprise AI tools to improve user satisfaction and efficiency. Support proof-of-concept projects for innovative technologies. Continuously assess and optimize software architecture for scalability and reliability. Document designs, development processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Stay abreast of emerging technologies like LLMs, APIs, and cloud solutions to drive impactful outcomes.

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are beneficial. Bring 6-8 years of progressive experience in software development or IT operations. Demonstrate proven success in implementing AI-driven applications and multi-tenant SaaS solutions. Exhibit strong technical skills in both frontend and backend development, including proficiency in technologies like React, Python, Java, and Typescript. Showcase expertise in systems design, design patterns, architectural trade-offs, and integration best practices. Have practical experience with automated testing frameworks such as Zypher and Pytest. Apply knowledge of cloud technologies, cloud-native applications, and infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform). Understand DevOps culture and practices.
