Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive margin modeling and strategic financial planning advice. You will monitor and measure the success of account strategies, model revenue targets, and provide forecasts with actionable insights for optimal financial performance. A crucial part of the role involves validating the accuracy of reported financial data.

Optimize account margins through detailed analysis and the implementation of improvement frameworks. Provide robust margin modeling for pricing strategies on complex pursuits and analyze engagement-specific drivers for performance enhancement. You will also establish and socialize frameworks for contract compliance, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and rate cards.

Facilitate account revenue planning, manage working capital, and identify potential risks impacting margin. Highlight any Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) issues identified through financial reporting. Share expertise and best practices within the G360 finance community and leverage global leading practices for account and engagement processes.

This role requires a Master's degree in Finance, with a professional certification being highly recommended. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial advisory or a related field is essential.

Candidates must possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate financial performance clearly. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and understanding commercial drivers of account performance is key.

Exceptional communication skills are needed to synthesize and convey complex financial information effectively. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and navigate EY's extensive resources to deliver solutions is critical.
