We are seeking experienced professionals to administer and operate GitHub Enterprise environments. Administer and operate large-scale GitHub Enterprise Server (GHES) environments, ensuring platform stability and performance. Manage GitHub audit logs, implement robust access controls, and enforce repository governance policies. Support incident response and platform investigations, contributing to urgent operational events. Leverage scripting and automation skills with PowerShell and Python to streamline administrative tasks. Utilize GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT to enhance productivity, accelerate analysis, and improve reporting.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience administering and operating GitHub Enterprise environments. Demonstrated proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python. Proven experience with GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for technical productivity improvements. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying technical information to diverse stakeholders. Capacity for independent work, operating with minimal direction to achieve defined objectives.
